    I have no idea, it's up to my dad, Sunday is our family dinner night, so I make what he wants, and don't necessarily care about the calories :3

    I had an organic spiced pot roast, garlic mashed potatoes, organic broccoli, and a small glass of red wine. Total comfort food.

    Lemon pepper baked trout, chili lime baked sweet potato, spaghetti squash with tomato sauce, and asparagus. Big dinner, but it was YUMMY! 430 cals total!
