I will proudly admit to being a theatre nerd and rocking the show tunes when I work out0

I listen to metal music it's fast and keeps me going!0

I always start with Eminem. From there, I go with upbeat, fun pop music, techno/electronica, hip-hop/rap - basically anything that has good bass and is upbeat. When lifting, I like "angry" music. Something in the many rock genres.
Basically, I am just like the rest of the general population. (:0 -
So which bands?0

I listen to upbeat music. Techno, electronica, dubstep, trance. If you have Pandora you can plug in the genre's and you'll get a constant pace of music. It's also a good way to get the names of songs/artists you like.0

Nothing pumps me up like some old school Punk Rock, my go to band is Bad Religion0

I listen to country! But, that's all I listen to, I'm a country boy lol0

Metallica, Krystos,Pantera, Prong, Megadeth,Godsmack just a few.0

Rise against, (old school) AFI, Bad Religion, MXPX, the first my chemical romance album. If its fast and angry/punky sounding it keeps my pace.0

Rap and Rock with some Dubstep
Mostly Eminem, Rage Against the Machine, Dubstep remix, DMX, Dr. Dre, 2 PAC, Lil Wayne, etc... you name it!0 -
Pandora radio has been doing it for me! Since it shuffles around I get the mix of that type of music. I literally go from some days listening to Tool radio, 70s hits, southern hip hop, 90s alternative, pretty lights, and today Sublime radio was working! It just depends on if I'm struggling through my workout. This morning was a struggle for the first 15 but then I got into my zone and the sounds of Sublime, Bob Marley, and Slighty Stoopid kept me rolling!0

Indoors I listen to Bone Thugs N Harmony or anything with a beat more rapid than my workout HR. Outdoors, where I prefer to do my training I just listen to nature.0

I'm personally a rock person when I run/workout....
Five Finger Death Punch, Parkway Drive, A Day to Remember, Slipknot, Linkin Park (old), Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu, System of a Down, just to name a few0 -
I listen to a lot of things! But I really enjoy Five Finger Death Punch and Drowning Pool and some Flogging Molly for cardio.0
-
For my cardio I like some hip hop, some old school stuff and some current.....Fast music to get me going0
