    OMG! you look great. i hope i can stick to this plan , Just started 2 days ago. Have tried EVERY diet out there. i like this because you HAVE to write down everything you ate , unless you wanna lie to yourself. I'm done lying to myself . I NEED to lose weight. I am unhealthy. It has started to effect my health. Anyway again great job!!!!!!
