I worked till ten so I had salmon, veggies, and a large protein bar before. It was going to be salmon and veggies again after bu that turned into a casein shake with peanut butter and some greek yogurt.0

I had a great dinner... stir fried shrimp with red bell peppers, a little garlic & feta cheese, and stuffed zucchini (stuffed with a mix of zucchini, feta cheese, egg whites, tomato & pesto).0

Rice pasta/spagetthi with tuna in olive oil, sauteed garlic and black olives and a light sprinkle of parmesan cheese0
