I just joined MyFitnessPal today! I am challenging myself to get in 50 miles in June (combo of elliptical, treadmill and a little swimming).0

This is my first time for the Move Your @ss Challenge, so I'll start with a goal of 60 miles (walking and running).
6/3 - walked 3.1 miles
Could someone please help me with how to make a ticker for this challenge? I figured out the weight loss one, but not the exercise! Thanks!0 -

Ok so I want in, this sounds like fun. I do about 60 miles a month now so I am going to say 80 miles. This will be fun I been wanting to add how far I walk/jog now to 4 and 5 miles a day 3 days a week. this means I have to do 4 miles at least. Thank you for the invite.0

To get an exercise ticker.
Go to: www.tickerfactory.com
Choose: Exercise & Fitness Ticker
Pick your ticker background and icon.
On the next page you have to complete all the fields
Then when you click next, a page is displayed that has the code on it.
Copy the bb code (what's in the box.)
Come back here and paste it in your post.
Every time you want to update, you will need to go back to tickerfactory and enter your password, update the miles(kms) and then copy and paste again.0 -

Started this month strong to rack some extra miles, cause I'll be on a business trip the next few days and I don't want to be left behind. The trip looks pretty challenging as I'm going to drive through the southern parts of what used to be Yugoslavia. Of course being a diehard *kitten*-mover I've got a couple of hikes planned for Wednesday & Saturday afternoon in N. Greece. Will take some pictures for sure.
