9 miles on foot today: a 5-mile run and 4 miles walking the dog.
I also spent the afternoon going door-to-door for a political cause--in the heat and humidity--and have done it for three afternoons now. Can't measure the miles, but I'm one tired person. DH has promised to do the dog-walking duty this evening.

Started this month strong to rack some extra miles, cause I'll be on a business trip the next few days and I don't want to be left behind. The trip looks pretty challenging as I'm going to drive through the southern parts of what used to be Yugoslavia. Of course being a diehard *kitten*-mover I've got a couple of hikes planned for Wednesday & Saturday afternoon in N. Greece. Will take some pictures for sure

Had a very busy day today and struggled to find time to move, but I did manage to walk a mile, so better than nothing, and since I get to count walking this month I am posting it

I am a newbie, but I am willing to try this out. I'll go for a first month goal of 30 miles since I am just starting out. Thanks for the challenge!0
