    Could you please add me again this month? I missed on my goal by a narrow margin last month. This month I am determined to make it. I just have to remember to walk when I can not run. My goal is 40 miles.

    I needed an easy day, so today was all walking: 3.3 miles walked with the dog, and a 4-mile walk by myself, for 7.3 miles.

    I just joined MyFitnessPal today! I am challenging myself to get in 50 miles in June (combo of elliptical, treadmill and a little swimming).

    6/3 - walked 3.1 miles

    Could someone please help me with how to make a ticker for this challenge? I figured out the weight loss one, but not the exercise! Thanks!

    Ok so I want in, this sounds like fun. I do about 60 miles a month now so I am going to say 80 miles. This will be fun I been wanting to add how far I walk/jog now to 4 and 5 miles a day 3 days a week. this means I have to do 4 miles at least. Thank you for the invite.

    To get an exercise ticker.

    Go to: www.tickerfactory.com
    Choose: Exercise & Fitness Ticker
    Pick your ticker background and icon.
    On the next page you have to complete all the fields
    Then when you click next, a page is displayed that has the code on it.
    Copy the bb code (what's in the box.)
    Come back here and paste it in your post.

    Every time you want to update, you will need to go back to tickerfactory and enter your password, update the miles(kms) and then copy and paste again.

    3.17 on the elliptical yesterday and 4.603 on treadmill and cycle today at cardiac rehab.

    15.723 miles down and 59.277 miles to get to my goal.
