I don't really have any suggestions that will necessarily make you lose weight quickly, however there are a few things I've changed that I've found really aided my weight loss. I switched my 2% milk for low calorie soy milk, i don't eat anything unless I log it and I really pay attention to my daily goals that MFP recommended for me (ie sodium, cholesterol etc). There really isnt a magic food that will do the trick for you, just little things that help along the way.0

And doing exercise0 -
Eat healthy
Eat ENOUGH
Do Cardio
Do Strength training
De flexibility/ability training
Sleep enough
Drink Water
