A bowl of spinach and arugula mix with 1/4 cup of feta and fat-free raspberry vinaigrette!

Mine would have to be yogurt with some frozen fruit of my choice added in along with some granola...YUMM!!:) And although its not a snack really, I LOVE a cup full of chopped up tomatoes & cucumbers with like only a tbsp of mayo mixed throughout...mmmm lol

I am a big salad person too although I dont eat alot of them due to how fast lettuce goes bad but I love them!! I could even eat them without dressing and still love them:)

I was JUST thinking of starting a post like this! Great minds... :)

    SO, my favorites are:

    ~ Pickles--only 5-10 calories per spear
~ No sugar added, all natural dried mango (from Fresh n' Easy)
~ Half Naked Popcorn (4 cups and only 120 calories!!!)
~ Chimes ginger chews (I'm chomping on some right now :)

I make my own potato chips with the Epicure Chipster and Mandolin! Slice them up, season them, and then pop them in the microwave! That way all you're getting is the potato for calories instead of all the oils and fats used to cook or fry them. The only downfall is if you put alot of salt on it, which I sometimes do.

Don't really have one. Everything I like makes me feel guilty, but guilt is a motivator, it pushes me to get active. I don't mind having a little treat if it motivates me to go for a walk or hit the gym hard.

    Kale chips
    frozen cherries or mango
    dark chocolate
any fresh fruit or veggie from the farmers market (pineapple husk cherries!! yum!!)
roasted cauliflower (or any veg) with parmesan
    salsa
    pickles
    blue cheese stuffed olives

Some of these are guilt free because I only need/want a small amount and it takes care of all cravings. Others I can munch on all day and not wory about empty calories.

Raw nuts, salt n vinegar roasted chic peas, frozen grapes, peanut butter, cheese and corn thins with jam, tea, chicken, boiled egg, pan fried avocado, pancakes, mountain bread with lean meat and salsa, fruit, dates, popcorn. :D

salt-n-vinegar roasted chickpeas?! that sounds delicious! I'm going to have to make some... I already try hard enough to ignore the salt-n-vinegar chips as it is....

A handful of almonds, a muller light yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries, carrots etc :) I try and keep all my snacks fruit/veg based though, and the occasional special K cereal bar.
    frozen curly wurly

    Please explain a curly surly?????

I'm guessing you can only get these in the UK - they're a cadbury's chocolate bar w/ caramel, only about 100 cals each :)http://www.sweetnapa.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/02/CIMG8565.thumbnail.JPG

Pop Corners. OMG so delicious. But I really can't have them in the house, I can polish off the bag, which ends up being calories for a meal not a snack. But I bet it could be guilt free for someone with more self control. HAHA!
