So I understand the calorie intake - but if you happen to be under on calories, but go over in protein or carbs does that mean you'll gain weight? How do the factors affect one another?

Hi,
it's the same for me, it seems that I not eat all my exercise calories, i am under for the carb and fat intake, but over for protein. My doctor says its ok, as long as I dont' have any uric acid problems (this is caused by high increase of protein). just do a blood test, and let the doctor advise you. Show him your meal plans, and he can help to make the necessary adjustments0 -

Hi there and thanks for your reply! I'm one of those lucky few without healthcare right now, so anybody have any idea what affects it has on weight loss?0
