Oh I forgot about He Walked On Water, that one gets me everytime.

    Mine are:

My Immortal by Evanescence (We played it at Grandpa's funeral. Grandma heard it in my sister's car and just broke down. They were together for 70 years. I cannot listen to it without becoming a blubbering mess)

Who You'd Be Today by Kenny Chesney (For my son's best friend)

Live Like You were Dying by Tim McGraw

The Little Girl by John Michael Montgomery

    Pay by Cross Canadian Ragweed

How Do I Live Without You by Leann Rimes (When my son was in first grade he told me that song reminded him of me. Now he's all grown up, out on his own and I miss my little boy :)

God bless the broken road- Rascal Flatts
I cry because it is so sweet, not because it's sad.

Sissy Song - Alan Jackson. This song made me cry from the first time I heard it and then it was played at my mother-in-law's funeral

"It's hard to leave" by Judith Durham. Played at my mum's funeral, this always makes me weepy.

    Plus most of Moby's tracks.

"forever Young" by Alphaville. Have always loved it. Because it reminds me of our youth and how we would live our lives. Two years ago our friends lost their 15 year old son in a tractor accident. I hadn't heard the song forever, then heard it while driving about a month after his death. Had to pull over and have a good cry. Brought an all new meaning to the lyrics.

Amazing Grace and Taps; too many military funerals!

Same here! Amazing Grace makes me think of flag-draped coffins.

The one that makes me bawl my eyes out is Elvis Presley's version of "You'll Never Walk Alone"...it was my grandparent's favorite song and when they passed away it was sung beautifully at their funerals. I was very close with my grandmother and her favorite artist was always Elvis. Another song that used to make me bawl but now I can just smile through the tears is "I Just Called To Say I Love You" by Stevie Wonder--when I used to call my grandmother to check in I would sing it to her and we would sing together on the phone.

Another song that gets me is Carrie Underwood's "Temporary Home"...the last verse is so sad!
