Hi all!

Let's see, I'm 47, and have 45-50 lbs to lose. I did the diet thing alone last year and lost about 30 lbs, but then quit smoking a few months later and quickly gained back 40. Now I am smoke free and determined to get healthy, so I bought a bike and joined MFP. Today's my first day, I stayed 80 calories under my 1200 goal, rode my bike for a half hour (and have never felt my age so much!), and we took a walk after dinner.
Finding time for exercise will be my most difficult issue, but I'm committed!
