    I was also stuck at plateau last year and I was really frustrated .. I just told myself that its better to maintain weight than to gain right ? ... anyways, I saw that to keep on losing weight u gotta change ur excercises .. for example, if u use ur treadmill, leave it and start some cardioworkouts and aerobics. If u eat the same breakfast maybe u can change it ....
