A NooB in Los Angeles

Hey,

My names Sarah, and I feel that my attemps of loosing weight on my own just arent enough. I lost about 30 lbs. last year, but sense January my weight hasnt changed with my own diet/exercises. Looking for motivation and any/all advice!!

At 5'3 and stuck around 150 its been really frustrating. Due to being in sports my whole life I feel I have muscle but I still really want to slim down.

At times I find myself not wanting to eat enough calories and thats going to in turn cause my body to kick into "starvation mode" but if I dont start seeing some serious changes, I dont really know any other ways.....

Please help :D!
