The time of day you eat makes absolutely no difference to weight loss so long as you remain at a calorie deficit. You may find you weigh a little more the next morning because of the undigested food you still have in your gut, however, not to mention risk heartburn/acid reflux.0

3500 calories above your TDEE will cause you to gain a pound.. It does not matter when you eat, what you eat or where you eat it!!!
Plain and Simple.
However.... It might affect your digestion (Heartburn, Acid Reflux) etc.0
