Since I haven't tried this yet, it might be too early to tell you I love you... But I think I'm going to anyway... LOL0

This recipe has changed my life, seriously it's a awesome way to get a pumpkin pie fix.
I made a double recipe for dessert last night, it filled a small bowl all the way to the top. I put a little bit of fat free cool whip on it. Only 190cal for a huge and yummy dessert.0 -

Pumpkin Muffins:
1 can pumpkin
1 Spice Cake Mix (dry mix)
Mix the 2 together, put in muffin tins and bake. They're delicious and Weight Watcher approved!0 -

I found this on tumblr and had to share, whoever made this is a genious. I love anything pumpkin!
Ingredients:
1/2 c. pumpkin puree
1/4 c. egg whites (from an egg or carton)
Sweetener
Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Mix together all the ingredients.
If you prefer a flan-like texture, add more pumpkin; if you prefer a cake-like texture, add more egg whites.
Microwave for two minutes.
Use a mix of Greek yogurt, hazelnut cream cheese, and pumpkin pie spice for the icing.
Top with toasted pecans.
Thank you for this awesome recipe.....I will reduce the eggs just a little bit next time as it was just a little too custard like for me but it was still wonderful and best low calories treat I have spent in a LONG time.
With topping using Truvia Baking Blend for the sweetener, one pumpkin pie = 173 cal, 11 sugars.....without topping = 97 cal.0 -
