Help,
I think I have really fat legs, I need exercises that will help tone my legs and calfs. I already do 10 miles on my ellipical everyday, squats, kettlebells and stationary bike but nothing really seems to be targeting my trouble areas i still have lots of jiggly cellulite. So what do you do for legs? Thanks

Unfortunately there's no such thing as spot reducing, all you can do is work a reducing your overall % of body fat and, eventually, your body will get around to your legs. But keep on exercising!

10 miles, Holy *kitten*! You can't target fatloss, you need a calorie deficit. Plenty of squats (deep as possible) and good mornings/standing hyperextensions (again, full ROM) will really help though...preferably heavy and very low reps as to not make your legs grow (hypertrophy)

I don't think it's possible to get rid of cellulite with diet and exercise...I still have plenty despite being very lean.

Try squats, burpees, lunges, etc. They work wonders! i agree with Brian, don't attempt spot reducing, there's no such thing.
