    Every year I'm either injured or ignorant of this day. And this year I scheduled cross-training. Oops. So I've decided to go running after work as well as my scheduled biking, and 30 day shred today.

    I wasn't going to run today as I have already put in 14 miles for the week so far (goal of 20) but it wont hurt to add a few more!! :)

    ^^ Me too.... did 130 min total for 8.12 miles... but only 15 min of that was actual running/jogging. The best I can do for now.

    Well, I will have to wait until Friday to participate as I realized I am unable to run for two days in a row without putting too much stress on my knees. As I use Thursdays as my "break" day and am only doing my 30 DS right now on Thursdays, I will have to wait until Friday to run. I'm thinking about trying to run the 3 mile circuit that I walked yesterday. I managed to walk the entire three miles in under one hour, so I'd like to see how running it goes. What I really like is that it isn't all on level ground and there are quite a few spots where you go up and down through the walk which makes it a little more challenging!

    I'm a runner in training (C25K) and even though it was my day off from the program I went and ran a 10 minute interval and then a 15 minute interval.

    It's not much - but I did it in honor of National Running Day!
