I agree -- I think that challenges would be great. Does anyone have any ideas for a good challenge for next week? We need to get this jumpstarted! :happy:

1) No eating after 6:30-7pm
2.) 60 oz of water daily
3.) No sugar three days of the week (unless it's Natural from fruit or veggies)

I was down to 141 a month or so ago, but gained 10 pounds back battling some medical stuff, and just being a pig:ohwell: . I've got some medical stuff going on, but I'm back on track now. I may find out at my appointment on Tuesday that I have to majorly fine-tune the foods I eat, but we'll see what happens. I'm hoping these pounds come right back off as quickly as I put them back on... sad to think that all the way by Christmas I might not be back to what I was not so long ago. But, lesson learned! :grumble:

Ok, so I weighed in this morning at 148. I'm ok with this. Last week I was actually closer to 148.8. So I've lost ALMOST 1 lb. Mark me down... I'm on the move!

*This one is actually a good one that I need to follow. While I don't mind a snack after that, I need to not eat bad stuff after that.
2.) 60 oz of water daily
*Good one, I usually try to get to this point.
3.) No sugar three days of the week (unless it's Natural from fruit or veggies)
*This will not happen for me. I need sugar in my coffee - and need my coffee more. I can't do the artificial stuff. But, I'll try to limit extra sugars beyond my coffee.
4.) 60-100 sit up a day challenge

Oh, I gained a pound this week. But, I was up 3 on Saturday, so back to up one today is ok. I just need to kick it in gear now after getting over this cold.0

I have a stomach flu and im hoping it won't mess up with my weight lost... im trying to get a protein shake in here and there but my body just isn't keeping anything down or in at this point blah i hate being sick... :sad:0
