"Gold Guns Girls" by Metric! Perfect beat for running, gets me pumped and it feels like someone is chasing me while I'm listening to it. Weird, but true.

I must be the odd-ball - I love instrumental/classical music:
Everloving by Moby
Sadeness Part 1(the dusted remix) by Enigma
Spreading Wings by Gabriel Yared
For the Love of God by Steve Vai
The Cello Song by Steven Sharp Nelson
My other favorite (non-instrumental) is Walk by the Foo Fighters0 -
Nicklebacks new CD, I put it in and just go....love it0
-
"Paper Planes" by Mia is one of my favorites. Its not exactly my go-to type of music, but the beat of the song fits PERFECTLY with my stride. Its so much easier for me to run when my footsteps match the beat of the music
"I Don't Feel Like Dancing" by Scissor Sisters. Its like Freddie Mercury and techno had a super campy love child
"I am the Doctor" From the Doctor Who sound track. Nothing gets you going like imagining yourself saving the human race from an alien threat.0 -

OK, thanks for the replies. Here's a question for people that have used www.rockmyrun.com. Which track would you suggest in the 140-149 BPM list? Or, even the 130-139 BPM list?
Most of the mixes I have downloaded are varied bpm, but it was more about song choice for me.0 -
I haven't gone running in about a year. But when I did go running, I had the following in my ipod:
"Lose Yourself by Eminem
"Rollin'" by Limp Bizkit
"New Divide" by Limp Bizkit
"Yeah!" by Usher
"Eat The Rich" by Aerosmith
"Sing" by Glee cast
"Higher" by Creed
"Who Made Who" by AC/DC
"Everything You Want" by Vertical Horizon
"Magic Carpet Ride [REMIX]" by Fatboy Slim
"Pornografitti" by Extreme
"Hungry Like The Wolf" by Duran Duran
"Stupified" by Disturbed
If I started running again, I would add the following song to my ipod:
"Not Afraid" by Eminem0 -
