    That first picture reminds me of a trip I went on when I was in the northwest (I traveled Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota). Was that at a national park or something like that?

    The picture was taken up at Amboy Washington we were bungee jumping.

    Thanks everyone for the comments! I do feel better the weight off my joints especially but just overall much more confidence and just a better outlook on life in general.

    It hasn't just been swimming I also quit drinking and since January I cut out all sweets. Other than that I eat what ever I want at meals but I usually choose healthy foods and if I am hungery between meals then I only eat raw fruits and veggies.

    I have a back injury which has been a big motivated to
    lose weight and swimmung help me get back on my feet - you are a true inspiration x
