Hi all,
I am going to give this a try and hope I stick with it. I am on day 3 of really trying and have managed to stay under my calories goal.

You can do this. WE can do this. Logging your food will really help. I think it does get easier when you stick with it. Your body will start to feel good and out will want more. Welcome e0

It may take time for you to start shrinking your stomich. But try and do less caleries a week until you reach what you are trying to get to. Remember, crawling first prior to running or you will fall down...0
