Hi all,
I am going to give this a try and hope I stick with it. I am on day 3 of really trying and have managed to stay under my calories goal.

    You can do this. WE can do this. Logging your food will really help. I think it does get easier when you stick with it. Your body will start to feel good and out will want more. Welcome e

    It may take time for you to start shrinking your stomich. But try and do less caleries a week until you reach what you are trying to get to. Remember, crawling first prior to running or you will fall down...
