Bingeing

Options
I have binged 3 times on my weight loss program so far. A 7000 calorie, 6000, calorie and 4500 calorie. I don't know about anyone else but for me I gain several pounds. Its not just water weight. It takes me a week just to get back to weight I was before the binge.

Your body wants to store that food. I know science says it takes 3500 calories to gain a pound but anyone who has binged before may have a different take on it.

One day of bingeing and a week of weight loss just to get back to ground zero. Does this happen to you or does it take longer or shorter amount of time?

Taking a week to get back to the before weight does not mean it isn't water weight.

That sounds like my experience post-binge.

Hi, yes it does since I average a loss of over 4lbs a week. That means I gained at least that much.
