My favorite banana peanut butter smoothie
It's a bit high on the carbs, but very satisfying and decadent even. I use it for an evening meal and it holds me til breakfast. A good high protein meal for us new runners.
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 cup silk coconut milk
1 medium frozen banana
2 T Reduced fat Jif pb
1/2 scoop designer whey vanilla protein powder
Blend until smooth; enjoy!
I don't need sweetener but you can add Stevia if you need it. You can also cut down the carbs a bit by only adding half a banana and add ice cubes.
