150 lbs!!! :noway: Do you have a saddle for that thing?
And we truly need to teach you the meaning of "rest day." You've done more today than I do in a whole week!

A nice 4 miles walk with my daughter's dog. 5 miles were scheduled, but the dog could hardly keep up, and there was no way that I was gonna carry carried that 150 lbs animal! :noway: No miles for running, since this was a running rest day.

LOL Nope, no saddle for the little boy. But my daughter does dog-sledding with him during the winter. It's one piece of a dog. Every year, the vet is amazed by his physical condition... only muscles, no fat. But the summer time is very hard on him, he's having a hard time with hot weather LOL Reason why I cannot walk very long with him.
Here's a pic of the beast :laugh:0 -
Hi can I join my goal is 200 miles training for a marathon so hopefully achievable. Off to a bad start though as it is school holidays and not working out nearly as much as usual. back to my usual routine on Monday morning. My miles will be running/walking.0
