Hi all,
New user here from the UK, Decided its time to do something about my weight so decided to sign up here. Current weight is 117 kg and i am 29 years old. Have started cycyling once a week for around 1hr to 2hr but looking to cycyle twice a week to help as well. I just need the motivation to help but i think this site will help alot better. My first day at logging what food i have was today which was around 250 calories to much.
I find that healthy eating has been very hard in the pass but going to give it a go as i am very picky on what foods i like
