Ice cream with some milk -kinda like a THICK milkshake with whipped cream and caramel drizzled on top. Oh boy do I miss that. Been 1 month n I used 2 eat 1 EVERY SINGLE DAY. No wonder I was 200 lbs huh,?

What food do you MISS MOST that you know you'd go overboard with and EAT way too much of it?!?!
For me = Tostitos Chips with Salsa and Sour Cream.. can't eat just one.. mmmmm
Honestly, I don't really miss anything. I still allow myself my endulgences once or twice a week. Otherwise, I'd never be able to stick with this thing...I just make sure I fit it into my calorie goal. If it'll put me over my calories, I get in a workout to cover it.

I love ice cream, especially with hot fudge on top! I generally limit myself to ice cream once a week so I don't feel completely deprived, but some days would really like to do it up BIG.0

Popcorn with lots of butter and parmesan cheese. I love it, but eat tons of it if I allow myself to eat it at all. I have set myself a once a month allowance of having it. One lowly little day of the calendar month.0
