    I work out to military cadences. They have a steady tempo and help you breath if you sing the cadence too.
    I know...it sounds weird but it works for me.

    I can't listen to music when I run ): It makes me loose focus on my breathing and causes asthma attacks. So jealous of all of you! lol

    I have issues with walking because of MS. But I started walking to military cadences and it really helps me. Just a thought. I can't run still.....I fall down because of balance issues from the MS.

    Dubstep is cool if your into it but It depends on what kind of music you listen to. I listen to a variety of music. I made a playlist on my ipod called workout. Here are the songs that are on it.
    Coldplay- Every teardrop is a waterfall (AMAZING workout song for me.)
    Rhianna- You da one ( slower paced but its more for cool down)
    Beatles - Obli di la da (medium paced i think)
    Chris young - you ( another kinda slower song.)
    Drake- Make me proud
    Train- Drive by ( Its faster beat. .)
    Jessie j - Domino (LOVE IT!)
    Nicki minaj - Starships
    Gym class hereos - A** back home

    If you are more into rock maybe metallica. I really like metallica.

    I am just getting back into running so I have put together an interval playlist where I alternate running and walking. As I get fitter I add more running and less walking tracks. The longest running tracks are first, they get progressively shorter as the list goes on and I get more tired.
