The time we have spent together was fun
But now with you I am just done

You are truly sin on a bun
Because of you I will not take my shirt off in the sun

Your bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion were what I thought I needed
Some nights I could have pounded on McDonalds doors to "open up" or so I would have pleaded

Cheeseburger thank you for the big gutt
and for the jeans that dont fit my butt

I will miss you it is true
But my arties are screaming screw you

When I see the golden arches I will drive by
oh and tell your evil friend French fries I said HI

Well cheeseburger it is time to say farewell
I hope I dont crack and wind up in CHEESEBURGER HELL

That's hilarious, I love it. I think I'll celebrate my joy with a big juicy cheeseburger!

((Really, I do, once in a while. You can do a 700 calorie lunch once in a while, especially if you ride a bicycle 7 miles each way to the restaurant  )).
  • Breaking up with the cheeseburger is honestly the hardest thing I've ever had to do. :ohwell:

this post makes me sad. Although I still eat cheeseburgers! I just eat them with healthier choices in condements, breads, and no deep fried french fries or onion rings any more

I still have the tasty whitebread bun, but no mayo - just mustard and ketchup. A few potato chips and a big pickle spear in place of the fries. A side salad w/free ranch if I'm really hungry.

switch out the bun for an arnolds sandwich thin and top with extra sharp cheddar, grilled pineapple & avocado... there's calories but its oooohhhh so good :)

I like having just the lettuce tomato and onion and no condiments. The tomato works for me. I put banna peepers on my sandwhiches instead of condiments too. No more ranch and mayo.

Heinz 57 and french fried potatoes

I use sliced cukes on cold sandwiches (I don't eat tomatos) and sliced onions and mushrooms that I've cooked with a touch of OO--no mayo anymore!

On Biggest Loser last night they used Portabella mushrooms for the buns with ground turkey. Might have to give that a go.

That sounds interesting, I've had portabella mushrooms AS the burger before but never as a bun... did they cook them first?
