WEEKENDS- what is your biggest temptation/weakness?

Mine are:

extra spicey Caesers, aka bloody mary's in the US.
Yam fries & Chipolte mayo
Crispers chips
Veggie pizza

Pleease someone join me in my goal to have ONLY ONE portion of a temptation this entire weekend and eat great the rest of the weekend!

Alcohol "Moscato, Jack or Rum and Coke, Vodka Sprite"
Chocolate Desserts "Cheese Cake, Brownie, Cookies"
Fried Foods "French Fries, Chinese Food, Chik-Fil-A, etc, etc"'

These are things that I always want on the weekend and have trouble keeping it in moderation "sometimes"

Usually my boyfriend and I go on a mini day trip somewhere close so it's really just the uncertainty of not knowing what I'm eating. I'm good at making good choices but its hard when the only place to eat at is a coffee house with cake and sandwiches :/

Every weekend my family goes out and buys HEAPS of junk: chocolate, brownies, ice cream, chips! Everything bad for you that you could possibly think of! It's really frustrating and definitely not a good habit to be modeling. Thankfully I have the will power to say no to most of it.
Ice cream and chocolate is the worst though.

My biggest issue is being out and about with no structure in when I eat and what I eat. I will try my best to be good this weekend and plan my outtings around my meals.
Also, if I go out on Friday or Sat nights- Liquor for sure. I am a vodka and cranberry juice girl. After a night of drinking or dancing, we always grab a yummy bite. Good thing I don't party every weekend. :)

Friday night date night dinner. However, tonight should be better because instead of going out to dinner we are going for a two hour bike ride.

I cook more "fun" meals on the weekend. Like thai food with spring rolls or mexican food and really yummy guacamole. It's hard to not want seconds of the good stuff. :) I'm not a big drinker but I do enjoy a good beer and wine! Sundays are typically my cheat day which means an extra hour of cardio and I'm okay with that.

My husband is home on weekends so meals are bigger. I try to stay within my portion limits, but more food is more food. He also likes to fix a big brunch - it's very hard to turn that down!

I have begun to hate the weekends due to this.

    Grilled steak
    Beer or wine
    Big yummy breakfasts

I don't drink Crown but I do like Barcardi. And the munchies usually get me.

The hubby and i usually go out for breakfast on Sundays (our only day off together) - and we looooove skillets.... which basically use up a days worth of calories in one shot. :embarassed:
