Guys, I have a knee injury that causing me great pain so I'm going to stop exercising until I go to the doctor next week. I am so bummed about it. :sad:

Here is my latest about the crazy dog (who is under 60 pounds, last we checked): I got poison ivy FROM HIM. Yes, he runs through ditches of weeds along the road as I walk him--heck, he rolls in ditches of weeds. Well, duh; I suppose I should have realized much sooner (than two weeks) what this horrible, spreading rash with the intense itch was, and how I got it. The good news is I'm on oral steroids now; isn't that supposed to help me build muscle? I should be running much faster very soon.
Today: A 4-mile run, and 2.3 miles walking the crazy dog.

June 8 - 22 km (13.6 miles) on the beautiful bike trail this morning. I adjusted my goal for the month to 150 miles since I seem to be biking more than walking -- feels better on the cranky leg...
gehlerc I feel your pain!! I got really, really bad poison ivy from my dogs when I was a kid and all my hair fell out, my head was so swollen. It was horrible, but I have to say the steroids they put me on did not help speed me up. I hope they have improved since all those years ago!
