Here is a really good one my wife and I absolutely love. She has one of these every morning. I, on the other hand, get one whenever I can.

ORANGE SPINACH SMOOTHIE

1 whole banana, peeled
1 whole orange, peeled
1 to 1-1/2 cups fresh spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 to 2 tsp ground flax seed
1/4 to 1/3 cup skim milk
Ice

Throw all of the above in a blender and blend until smooth.

Optional add-ins:
frozen mixed berries
fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc. including the crowns if fresh)
the juice of 1 lemon
Kale

    1 banana
    1/4 cup dry oatmeal
    1/2 cup light soy milk
2 TBSP light yogurt (I like strawberry)
    1 cup ice

Blend. You can add a little water if u need. 190 calories and very sweet. Sometimes I add 1/2 scoop of protein powder.

I like this topic - I love smoothies!
Although I dont measure it all goes in the Magic Bullet :)

Half of bullet mug filled with frozen fruit
    - I liked the mixed dole variety and add frozen cherries
    (2) spoonfuls plain or plain greek yogurt
half the mug filled with raw spinach
add water juice or my favorite Ice Tea - to get the disired thickness

I also add banana when their is room in the mug! mmmmm

I do the same, not in a magic bullet but reg blender! The frozen cherries make it so wonderful! Thought I was the only one who used frozen cherries, haha. Feels like it when I go to the marker, they're never gone!
