    You can do anything you put your mind to! Just dont ever give up! I plateaued for 5 months!!!! I still worked out everyday and tried to stay on track as much as possible.. finally changed enough stuff around and started losing again, but i suppose this late in the game its slow going.

    You did a GREAT job!! Thanks for letting us know you plateaued for a long time. I have gained back 5 lbs and haven't been able to lose it. I am doing a better jos of using MFP and analyzing what I am eating. Keep up the GREAT work!!!!
