    I thought I should add........from before to after, is roughly 30lbs......so next time you think I have "only" lost 30lbs, or have 30lbs to lose....it ALL makes a difference, no matter HOW much!:) Keep kickin butt, MFP!!!

    I am so glad you posted this! I was giving up and had fallen off and I'm back again. I have watched my friends loss weight and even helped others to reach their fitness goals while I struggle to get it going consistently. I'm trying again and hoping to really get on a flow and be consistent. Starting is easy for me but "life" seems to happen and I lose focus.

    I'm trying again!
