    Net around 1500; gross around 2000-2200. I'm maintaining 130 lbs at 5'4.

I probably need more calories, but I'm trying out Primal and man, it's hard to make the calories without the carbs. I imagine I'll work into it.

1700 to maintain. I was netting around 1500 to lose 1/2 pound a week.

Oh and that's a weekly average.

1900 to maintain, less to lose.

When I was losing, 1200 net = 3/4 lb. loss/week. Now that I am maintaining at 5'6.5", 120 lbs, it is 1550 net.

I net between 1400 and 1600 a day (over a weekly average) and lose 1-1.5 lbs a week (although in theory I should be losing 1/2 lb). I have no idea how relevant that will be to you since that's based on my caloric needs (my height, weight, activity level, etc.) and that might be very different than yours.

TDEE minus about 20%. It varies by the day and my workouts.

about 2400 on a workout day, 1800-2000 otherwise. It's gross because I don't really pay attention to my net. I can usually project out my total burn for the day using my body bugg.

I'm usually around 1600. I try to stay between 1400 and 1800. I do eat back my exercise calories. I think I'm averaging about 1.5 pounds a week or thereabouts.

Me too, only I'm eating some, maybe half my exercise cals...aaaand not losing anything at all for a few weeks now. I thought I lost 2 lbs last week, but apparently it was a false alarm because they came back w/in 4 days.

I gross around 1400-1600 so I don't really get it...

Currently maintaining netting 2000/day. Previously, I lost 8.5 lbs in 5 weeks netting about 1600/day. I'll go back to a cut in just over a week.

you need to find your basal metabolic rate or your BMR. that is the number of calories you burn in a day just being alive. you can then take that number and give yourself a 500 calorie deficit to lose 1lb a week.

here is a link to a BMR calculator http://health.discovery.com/centers/heart/basal/basal.html

remember that this number is before physical activity, basically if you stayed in bed all day. activity will bring your BMR up.

Today, -412. Eat less; move more. I walk about 10 miles a day; run stairs when I don't have anything else to do. I'm not hungry. I don't want to eat 89375834758937534899 calories in a day. Half my calories today came from butter and fry sauce.
