am i the only one who licks my plates clean. i mean literally lick the plate like it's my last meal ever!
my thinking is if i'm allowed this many calories, than dammit, i'm eating ALL the damn calories!! haha LOL
just wondering. i feel silly too, and it just makes me laugh.

    You know...like ice cream? Had a tiny scoop of black raspberry cheesecake ice cream and it was sooo good, I wanted to lick the bowl clean!

    when i'm eating my nachos at lunch time (one food i just can't give up) i lick the plate clean.
    it's funny though, it's not like i'm hungry or anything, it's just that my mind LOVES food and always wants more.
    the "wait for ten minutes after you eat your meal" trick works. your body is full. but the mind.....can be hard to please sometimes.
    water has definitely been helping to keep the fullness all day too!
    and yup, when i have pudding snacks of any kind too, literally lick it clean as well! :smile:
