How Much HAVEN'T You Eaten? :-)

In an idle moment yesterday I worked out that I've been restricting my calories for 100 days now (since 1 March) at the rate of 1000 calories per day so I have not eaten an incredible 100,000 calories so far which would equate to:

400 Chocolate Bars
or
571 Packets of Crisps (Chips)
or
326 Slices of Pizza
etc.

(all taken from MFP calorie counts)



So... using the same method of calculation... What have you NOT eaten so far?

    Say I was eating 2000kcals a day (maybe more?!), now I eat 1300kcals a day...thats 700kcals a day for 2 weeks, thats 9800 which is like eating 3-4 medium pizza hut pizzas I think!

    I was not fully awake when I wrote that. I pressed too many 0s, I guess it was wishful thinking. I meant 1000 glasses.

    I've been on my journey for 100 days, I eat at a deficit of 800 calories a day = 80000 calories not eaten.

    Which equates to....

    291 x Snickers
    or
    114 x chinese takeaways
    or
    322 x Kitkat Chunky's
    or
    121 x KFC Zinger tower burgers
    or
    987 spoons of Nutella

    Mind blown.

    Not sure if this is right but I took the lbs I've lost and multiplied it by 3500 (the calories you have to burn to lose a calorie)

    I just counted how many more calories I eat less per day compared to earlier (around 2000) and multiplied it with the number of days I have followed MFP. That ended up in 40 000 cals. Then I divided that by the amount of cals in a food I wanted to count the comparison in.

    Ok it's an old thread, but wow, I can't even count. Just today I passed on cheese, crackers, chocolate, and girl scout cookies... and that's just from what I have in the house, without counting on what I would have bought if I hadn't started this new diet.
