    My first Rott's name was Thor, the God of Thunder which also stands for Thursday. My current Rott''s name is Freyja which is Friday but more importantly is the Godless of Love.... who gives away her favors freely! :laugh:

    Don't name him/her too soon - watch for the personality to come out - I adopted our dog from the shelter and had to name her on the spot - wished I had waited because she should have been called Dancer.

    Here's the run down: Fletcher-black lab, Missy-yellow lab, Ember-chocolate lab, Jewel-black mutt (that was supposed to be a lab), Yankee-black lab. I think all of our names have been perfect, but, apparently, we need to branch out and experience a new dog breed. lol. They've all been hunters, except for Jewel, the mutt. She was just a cuddle bug!

    I have a chocolate lab named Bear and a yellow lab named Boone. I want to get a German Shepard, mastiff or cane corso and always loved the name Knox.

    Tex was a dalmatian and the best dog who ever lived.

    Hoover (we didn't name him that, it came with him when adopted) was a lhasa apso.
