Hi, I am looking for, possibly, a couple of people who would like to exchange positive support and recipes. I have lost 35 pounds and need to lose about 60 more.

You can send me a pal request. I'm 65, my cousin in Iowa told me about this site and I think it is fabulous. Everyone is so nice and so supportive. I've lost 20 pounds since I started on the first day of May and I think about 10 pounds since I started with MFP.
Here's a nice recipe I've tried and its pretty darn good. :flowerforyou:
LOW CALORIE BANANA MUFFINS
1 c flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/8 t salt
1 c mashed bananas
1/4 c sugar
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 c applesauce
(79 calories, 0.6 g fat)
Makes 12 muffins. Bake at 350 degrees F, 20 minutes.
I added walnut, also tried walnuts/blueberries -- delicious. Imagine chocolate chips would be good too.
