I think Myfitnesspal is just what I needed to make me wake up to the fact that I really do eat the wrong things.

Oh man, I don't think I even want to know how many calories I was eating prior to MFP!! That has to be a scary number, so I agree!

There were days that I was probably eating 3000 or more calories and it was all fast food and soda and sugary coffee drinks.

No kidding. Before MFP, I ate Mexican food like it was going out of style from the local joints here in San Diego. Apparently, they don't even have a freaking nutritional menu, but the dude behind the counter said the tortilla alone was 200 calories. Blehhh.

Although I do miss carne asada burritos... :(

Yeah... I think that could be said for all of us.
  • I totally agree! I LOVE the fact that I can see what calories I am eating. I have MFP on my iPhone & can check the nutrients on my phone as I am trying to order. Blew my mind this week when I discovered that a biscuit at Cracker Barrel has 133 calories & the corn muffin has 270 calories!! Who knew - with the help of MFP I too can make better choices!!
