I am doing the Bob Harpers Inside out Method Dvds and I have no idea how to log them. I put in 30 min Aerobics and 30 circuit training but I know with his dvds I am burning more than what it gave me.

You can change the calorie amounts and it should not effect the database. So log however you would like. When I do something "Outside the Box (box = DB)" I put a note in the notes section and save it.0

I use either circuit training or calisthenics, which both measure the same calories/minute.0

I struglled with this and wan't losing weight becuase everything was over estimated. So I purchased a heart rate monitor and wear it for all my workouts and walking. Way more accurate and I started to lose weight when I had my 'real' numbers.0
