I found that carrying a healthey snack in my purse or car helps to detour me from eatting something quick from the store like chips. I especially like the chewy fiber one bars. They are healthy and satisfy the sweet craving.

    So true! Last week I was soooo hungry and remembered I had a mini kitkat in my purse, but while digging for the candy I ended up finding a bag of nuts first. I was so happy! So much better for me and more filling. Always good to have some healthy choices stashed away.

    I always keep a few granola bars in my purse for me or the kids plus a bottle of water. Another thing I try and have handy is fruit because it's so easy. Preparation saves so much sanity and regret!!!

    Great idea.
    I go to a lot of conferences and a muesli bar and an apple in my handbag help me avoid some of the morning and afternoon tea treats.
