    Wow! You are doing so well. What a difference! I'm so impressed! You are giving me courage to continue! I'll have to come back and look at your pics often! Your first paragraph described me too. I'm not much over 1/2 way to my ideal weight, but the difference is HUGE for me, so many little things make such a difference, but the biggest thing is that I don't hate myself, feel like a major failure all the time, and I can do SO much now. It changes everything, doesn't it!

    Congratulations on your new life and I'm sure you will meet your goal!

    I wish I could say that I took a pill, went to sleep and woke up 24 lighter....

    I have started running and lifting weights. I also am almost finished with Jillian's 30 Day Shred ( I hate her...LOL). I also pay attention to what I am eating... I have given up almost everything processed. Nothing magical.

    I am 5'7" tall.
