A few friends have asked me to post pics of before/after. So here:
Taken 4th of July, 2009. Weight at the time was ~325 lbs. I had already lost about 10 lbs when these pics were taken.
Taken 17th of February, 2012. Weight at the time was about ~225 lbs. I have since lost another ~10 lbs or so and lost another pants size while adding some noticeable arm muscle definition.
*EDIT* Okay, seriously, I'm using the proper link code for forums and no pic pink. WTF?

Fixed the photos for you! :-) You need to keep the img tags lowercase. You look great!!!! ;-)0 -

That's what we're trying to get David to work on. He turned 12 in February so he can lift weights now (per doctor). We're hoping to use his "autism obssessive behavior" for working out!0 -

Thank you. I did it by using autistic obsession/one track mind to work for me.
That's what we're trying to get David to work on. He turned 12 in February so he can lift weights now (per doctor). We're hoping to use his "autism obssessive behavior" for working out!
I recommend use of a suspension trainer. It allows for him to perform bodyweight exercises that lead to the same neurological sensory stimulation as his stimming. That's why I was able to stick with it. My favorite exercises to do on it are combination squat/row because it almost perfectly simulates the repetitive rocking stimming I do.0 -
