I dont think I could chose just one food!
Anything with peanut butter or nutella, oreos, & cheesecake.0 -
I CAN eat everything without gaining weight. And I do.
I eat everything I like... in moderation, of course. I eat cookies or some sort of baked good daily.
Eat spaghetti like once a week.
Nachos once or twice a week.
Eat out, no problem. Just have to be smart about it and control portions. No need for anyone to deprive themselves.0 -

I love pizza and treat myself every week. If you follow your plan you wont see any setback from 1 meal of something you want. Just be reasonable about it.0
