Hello everyone I thought id share my progress so far. I have changed the way i eat and try to exercise daily. When I first started mfp i weighed in at 214lbs, the heaviest i have ever been is 218lbs after my first child, and i currently weigh some where around 155-153lbs and my gw is to get to 130lbs. I am 5'4 and a mother of 3 children ages 4, 1.5 and 7.5 months old which is one of the reasons i put on so much weight to begin with and of course my poor eating habits. Well here is my progress so far. and hope to update soon when i hit my gw
Start (214lbs)
then down to 190lbs
then down to around 175lbs
170lbs
163lbs
and finally couple days ago at 155lbs
Sorry about the size. and feel free to add me

I started off with 1500 cals a day and ate back my exercise cals but then about a month ago i was stuck and did not lose a lb so i lowered it to 1200 cals a day and not eating back my exercise cals and so far it has worked fine. Hope it does for the next 25lbs if i get stuck again I will try to up my cals and see how that works. I just think it depends how far along on your weight loss you are and at a certain loss your body just is not reacting the same as at first.0 -
