    Thanks so much for the great recipe. My garden has produced way too much zucchini and I was getting a bit tired of the same old thing, this sounds wonderful.

    this is a good recipe because if you don't like zucchini you can probably substitute it for something else, like sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots, etc.

    I personally love zucchini and hate sweet potatoes but hey, whatever works.
