I'm in for this challenge!! Not sure how much I've done in the last 11 days, but let's get started!!!0

I'm back .... although I haven't had as much personal motivation
Last month was so good, I easily surpassed the 1440, that I set a 48 hour challenge for this month! Figured with the longer days, I could get outside for more time in the eve after work. However:
June 1 - took a rest day as I had cycled 20.4 kms that day before ...
June 2 - nothing
June 3 - nothing .... starting to look like a bad pattern!!!
June 4 - FINALLY got off my ....... 45mins Moderate Stationary Bike/15 elliptical/10 cool down stationary bike
REALLY going to need to stick to this if I plan to make it ..... like the 'Little Engine That Could" .... I think I can, I think I can
SO.... after getting off to a poor start, has still been abit sporadic ... thinking I will really need to 'bear' down!
June 5 - 90mins heavy housecleaning/30min walk
June 6 - Travel day
June 7 - Daughter's Graduation from University!! Walk 60 mins
June 8 - Travel day
June 9 - Cycle ... finally - 21km, 100mins
June 10 - Kayak, 90 mins
June 11 - Cycle(to work) 45mins, walk 30mins TOTAL = 460/1440 .... Had better plan to DO more!!:bigsmile:0 -
