My Weight Loss Journey. :) 170+ to 120's-130's

I have lived a life of people judging me for my size, and I just wanted to be happy and healthy. So over a time period of probably 4 years I have lost around 20-30 pounds just by walking more and being more active, for that time I never changed my eating habits. Recently I have been motivated to go even further by eating a lot of health foods and working out regularly, so now I've lost 20 pounds in about 3 months, and I'm still not finished. My goal weight is probably 115.
