Next time I cheat on my diet, I am eating these (I'm diabetic and REALLY carb conscious due to trying to totally get off my medications... only taking one pill once a day now and that is down from 45mg actos, 120mg starlix tid with meals, and metformin 750mg tid with meals)! I am a zucchini freak tho! I've never tasted those bread crumbs (I have heard so many who have). What's the difference? Are they whole wheat or regular? Thanks!

In my recipe file they come out to 2 carbs per tot.... I use regular panko not whole wheat. Definitely try them, it's all I buy now. Check the calories first, some have more calories than others. The ones I use have 55 calories per 1/4 cup
